The Legend of Assos
Our Assos Masalı project, which was sold out within six months, is located in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. Our project, which enjoys the air quality of the Kaz Mountains, is located 10 km from the district centers of Ayvacık and Ezine. We have created a wonderful project by blending the “STONE HOUSE” culture, which is very popular in Ayvacık, with modern architecture. From our amphitheater on the observation deck, you can enjoy views of the Neandria hills accompanied by the sound of a stone windmill.
Assos Masalı is both the first completed land project in Turkey and the first project to feature the “Stone House” concept. The plots in Assos Masalı have been delivered ready for stone house construction, with all social areas, commitments, and infrastructure work completed. Our project has been developed on a 10,965 m² plot of land that has been zoned for camping and has achieved “land” status, and consists of 27 mobile home gardens.
Our land area borders forest land and is located 10-15 km away from Ezine’s stunning beaches, Assos, and the district centers.
