We have been managing and marketing projects in Northern Cyprus.
Our team is split into project experts and land experts.
We are not real estate agents.
Out of hundreds of products, we work with only a few developers and projects, based on check-up results. We walk you through the entire process transparently.
We charge no extra commission for our service
On the sales we mediate, we provide benefits such as a free built-in appliance set or special discounts. Through our bulk marketing agreements, we apply a win-win model in real estate.
Our umbrella and our goal
All our brands operate under the Dr Grup Proje Geliştirme umbrella. Besides construction, projects and real estate, we also have a production brand working in international cinema, co-production and advertising. We bring our artistic eye to real estate projects.
